12. kolo RVK EPM se konalo od 2. do 4. prosince 2022 na domácí půdě. Jsme rádi, že i ČAG byl letos zastoupen jak v roli delegátů, tak i roli hlavních organizátorů. Naši delegaci reprezentovala studentka 3. ročníku Amálie Šimurdová; coby hlavní organizátorka akce se představila loňská maturantka Kateřina Nedvědová. Daniela Pomyjová, rovněž loňská maturantka, měla na starosti práci v komisích.
Mottem konference bylo „Utváření evropské identity zevnitř“. Jak jeho volbu vysvětlují organizátoři? „Pokud chceme realizovat vizi lepší Evropské unie, musíme začít zevnitř, ujasnit a ustálit evropskou identitu, její priority a postoje týkající se členských států a jejich občanů.“
Co o svých zážitcích říká delegátka Amálie?
„For the past 3 days, I and my committee have been working on the issue regarding the disparities of the LGBTQIA+ community in healthcare. Even though in total we slept a maximum of 3 hours, I believe our committee managed to address quite a lot of problems as well as defend said problems later on in the General Assembly. Even with a slight miscommunication with the editing team, which accidentally stated the wrong countries that we have in our resolution (point G), including deleting some of our main OCs, we managed to improvise on the spot, and we were somehow able to win over most of the delegates with one of the highest votes amongst committees.
Thankfully, in my committee, I had the sweetest peoplwhomat I bonded with in an instant, so our work went well with no major conflicts. The only part I disliked was my speech, or rather, a response speech that I gave at the general assembly, otherwise, I must say I enjoyed the whole event.“
